Due to the growth of our Aged Care division and our ongoing commitment to customer service we are currently seeking expressions of interest to join our Resident Liaison team. The Resident Liaison is pivotal to the maintenance of site occupancy levels through the provision of exceptional customer service to both prospective and existing residents of our Homes. The Resident Liaison meets and tours with prospective residents for the purpose of admission to our Homes and is a key point of contact for those who choose to reside with TLC.
The Resident Liaison is also responsible, with the General Manager, for the development and maintenance of strong relationships with referrers to maximise opportunities on an ongoing basis.
To be successful, applicants should also have:-
- Customer Service, Sales or Hospitality experience
- Knowledge of the financial and regulatory aspects of Aged Care
- Strong administrative skills
- Have a current Federal Police Check
