Based in Melbourne’s beautiful bayside suburb of Mordialloc, TLC Whitewater offers 147 Residential Aged Care rooms across 3 levels, a co-located TLC Primary care clinic as well as the innovative services our residents have come to expect including our TLC Café and TLC Virtual reality. In addition, TLC Whitewater will also be home to a 120-place child care centre, commercial gym and swimming pool.

About the role:

Reporting to the General Manager and supporting staff in this busy home, the Administration Officer is a positive, friendly and welcoming first point of contact to the home. 

No day will look the same as you use your talent for developing positive relationships with residents, staff, and visitors to provide exceptional customer service.

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to; answering phone and email queries, directing calls, assisting in the recruitment of staff, the preparation and filing of documentation, and assisting the General Manager with workforce management activities including education and rostering.

You will initially be employed at a neighbouring TLC Facility to learn from our experienced teams before beginning your role at Whitewater when it opens later this year


Role Requirements:

  • Experience in reception and administration
  • High level of computer literacy including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate new computer systems
  • Customer service focus with a professional and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Can work independently and within a team
  • Understands confidentiality


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Experience in Aged care or rostering preferred but not essential
  • Current or ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Evidence of (3) three COVID-19 Vaccinations and influenza vaccination
