We welcome Graduate Registered Nurses to join Clifton Views located in Fitzroy North on a permanent part-time basis.
Located in the heart of Fitzroy North, Clifton Views is Melbourne’s first high-rise residential aged care Home. This iconic 123 bed Home is the first of its kind, offering sophisticated accommodation options and sweeping views of the Melbourne skyline.
Clifton Views is minutes from public transport and the Eastern Freeway.
The Graduate Registered Nurse (Div 1 / Grade 1) will receive clinical mentorship alongside qualified Registered Nurses.
You will collaborate with the care teams to assess, plan and implement care plans while considering resident physical, social and psychological requirements.
After your graduate year you will progress to a Registered Nurse Grade 2 / Year 1 salary.
Roster pattern week 1 and 2
Monday 0700-1500
Tuesday 0700-1500 or 1500-2230
Wednesday 0700-1500
Thursday 1500-2230
