We welcome motivated casual Club All-Rounders to join our Health Club team at Australian’s first multi-generational precinct in Mordialloc.

Immerse yourself in the beautiful bayside suburb of Mordialloc and Australia’s first multi-generational precinct incorporating a residential aged care home, early learning centre, community medical centre, commercial health club and commercial café. 

As the Club All-Rounder, you will assist to plan and deliver fitness services to members, maintain the presentation of the Health Club and also assist with administration for the Member Services team.

This would suit a graduate studying Sports Science or undertaking a Certificate IV to gain experience in both fitness and member services.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide excellent customer service as first point of contact
• Greet members and take enquiries via phone and email
• Process memberships and conduct club tours
• Assist in the design of and implement Group Fitness services

• Certificate III in Fitness (or equivalent)
• Current Level 2 First Aid (including CPR)
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
• 2024 influenza vaccination 
• NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
• Eligibility to work in Australia
