We welcome an experienced Clinical Service Manager to lead the care teams to provide excellent quality person-centred care and services to residents and their loved ones.

 

The Clinical Service Manager is a newly created role to be responsible for clinical leadership and also support for the General Manager at our Homestead Estate Home located in Wallington, Geelong.

 

Situated in Wallington on the Bellarine Peninsula, Homestead Estate is set in an idyllic rural location with views to the surrounding countryside. 

 

With 190 beds, Homestead Estate has recently completed an extensive renovation to introduce a unique range of services and facilities.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate with General Manager on clinical management of the Home
  • Lead and develop local care teams
  • Manage clinical education and competency of staff
  • Mentor, coach and support care staff in conducting quality assessments, care planning and reviews
  • Promote and foster a positive, collaborative and diverse culture
  • Support residents, families, visitors and staff in a caring and professional manner

Things that matter to us

  • Two years’ experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards  
  • Relevant Nursing Qualifications (Division 1 Nurse)
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)   
  • 2024 influenza vaccination   
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)   
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
