Based in Geelong, we welcome an experienced Client Services Liaison (Resident Liaison) to join our dedicated team at our Warralily Gardens Home in Armstrong Creek.

Located on the doorstep of the beautiful Surf Coast, Warralily Gardens sets a new standard for residential aged care. 

Central to the vibrant local community, Warralily Gardens offers the most extensive range of aged care facilities and services in the Geelong region with 180 beds.

The Client Services Liaison will drive occupancy utilising new and existing leads while providing a high level of customer service to prospective residents and their families by conducting meaningful tours and financial discussions.

To be successful in this role you will have deep connections within Barwon Health and demonstrate a pipeline of prospective clients to drive sales through referrers and leads, ultimately converting to placement or refer to other TLC Homes within Geelong or Melbourne.

You will be motivated to build on your existing networks and maintaining beneficial relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continual success.

What you’ll need

• Experience with AN-ACC funding model
• Understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)   
• 2024 influenza vaccination   
• NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)   
• Eligibility to work in Australia
