We welcome cheery and motivated part time Administration Officer to manage a busy reception while providing calm, high-quality customer service to make all of our guests, residents and employees feel warm and welcomed at our Noble Gardens Home in Noble Park.

 

Nestled in the quiet streets of Noble Park, Noble Gardens provides 130 beds in modern, peaceful and friendly surroundings.

 

Hours of work

  • Monday, Tuesday & Friday
  • 0900 – 1600
  • Additional days when required to cover leave

What you’ll be doing

  • Reception duties including
    • managing a busy switchboard
    • meet & greet all guests, residents and employees
  • Minimise vacant shifts
  • Support the Lead Administration Officer and General Manager as required
  • Deliver exceptional customer services to everyone

What you’ll need

  • Computer literacy and speed
  • Aged Care experience (desirable)
  • Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses) 
  • 2024 influenza vaccination
  • NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance) 
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
