Are you an experienced and caring General Practice Nurse (or Registered Nurse with clinic experience) looking to work closely with GP’s to deliver high-quality care?

With your clinical background in Primary Health and General Practice you will thrive in this full-time opportunity in southeast Melbourne.

What you’ll be doing

• Chronic Disease Management Plans and Health Assessments
• Immunisation
• Wound Care
• Minor Procedures
• Ordering stock and vaccines
• General treatment room duties and responsibilities

What you’ll need

• Relevant nursing qualification
• Nurse Immuniser qualification (or training will be provided)
• Current AHPRA registration
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
• 2024 Influenza vaccinated
• Aged Care experience an advantage
• NDIS check
• Eligibility to work in Australia
