You will join our Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition Team and utilise your experience in recruitment and assist to maintain rosters across all of our brands.

This is a fast-paced and high-delivery role where your natural agility is key to thrive in an environment where no two days are the same and your resilience and autonomy will allow you to juggle competing priorities with comfort and ease.

The Recruitment & Rostering Coordinator is based 5 days per week in our beautiful Head Office overlooking Albert Park lake.

What you’ll be doing

• Respond to roster enquiries
• Update and maintain roster changes
• Manage recruitment processes:
  • shortlisting and phone screening
  • coordinating interviews
  • reference checking
• Manage the candidate experience in PageUp (including those unsuccessful)
• Assist the broader HR team as required
