We welcome passionate Lifestyle (Wellbeing) Team Leader to design and deliver well-balanced lifestyle and wellbeing programs, including group activities and one-on-one support for residents in our Noble Manor Home located in Noble Park.

Conveniently situated in the heart of Noble Park, Noble Manor provides 160 beds of premium quality aged care in close proximity to public transport and shops.

You will work collaboratively with clinical staff and monitor the ongoing evaluation of individual resident lifestyle care plans and assessments.

This role may also be known as lifestyle with other providers, but here at TLC we take a more holistic approach calling this essential service wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and deliver lifestyle and wellbeing programs
• Provide one-on-one support for residents
• Manage the review and ongoing evaluation of wellbeing care plans and assessments
• Provide an exceptional stakeholder experience
• Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure residents wellbeing needs are being met

Things that matter to us

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or
• Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)   
• 2024 influenza vaccination   
• NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)   
• Eligibility to work in Australia
